Specialist Support Coordination offers participants a higher level of supports. It is for people whose situations have higher complexity and need specialist supports. KSS will assist you to manage challenges in your support environment and ensure consistent delivery of service.

Support Coordination

Our Support Coordinators will assist you to build the skills you need to understand and use your plan. We will work with you to ensure a mix of supports are used to increase your capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently and be included in your community.

Disability Care and
Support Services

We offer a wide range of individualised services helping people with disabilities to achieve their full potential. Our supports include help with household tasks, personal services such as help with showering or dressing, transport to support and therapy services, education support, shared living support and much more.

Respite and STA Services

KSS offers short and long term respite services and short term accommodation for caregivers of children and adults. Our programmes offer planned breaks for families and caregivers, and those they care for, both in-home, in the community and within residential facilities.
