We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Specialist Support Coordinator to work alongside NDIS participants with complex support needs.

In this role, you will help participants understand their NDIS plans, navigate complex service systems and build a strong network of supports around their individual needs, circumstances and goals.

You will take a participant focused approach, ensuring each person is supported to exercise choice and control while working towards greater independence and stability.
